Brad Karp and Scott Barshay to Participate in Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute Event

Firm chairman Brad Karp and corporate partner Scott Barshay will participate in the New York City Bar’s Sixth annual Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute. Brad is the program co-chair and will speak on a panel titled “Recent Developments in Securities Class Actions.” Scott will speak on a panel titled “Critical Issues in Shareholder Activism and M&A Litigation.” The event will take place on March 14 in New York City.
