Lew Clayton Publishes Article in The National Law Journal

Litigation partner Lew Clayton published the article "Maintaining status quo on written description," which appeared in the May 10 issue of The National Law Journal. The article discusses the Federal Circuit's recent en banc decision in the Ariad case, which held that the Patent Act imposes a written description requirement.
