June 12, 2008
Litigation partner Lew Clayton's "Intellectual Property Litigation" column appeared in the June 12 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article discusses recent patent, trademark and copyright cases, with particular focus on the U.S. Supreme Court's June 9 decision in Quanta Computer Inc. v.
