Litigation partner Lew Clayton's Intellectual Property Litigation column appears in the July 14 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article discusses the decision issued by the U.S. Supreme Court in Bilski v. Kappos, which affirmed the Patent Office's rejection of a business method application but left for the future the development of a comprehensive set of criteria to govern claimed business method inventions.
