Litigation partner Chris Boehning participated in a panel, “Investigation Trends,” as part of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Forensic & Valuation Services Conference. Among other topics, Chris discussed how to apply new technology to investigations, the challenges of remote investigations during the COVID-19 pandemic, and how the recent privilege waiver decision in SEC v. RPM International Inc. might impact investigations and auditors.
