Litigation partner Liza Velazquez and counsel Pietro Signoracci participated in Sandpiper Partners’ 2025 Trade Secrets New York Conference, co-sponsored by Paul, Weiss and held at the firm’s New York office on April 2. Liza co-moderated the eighth annual conference, which focused on recent developments, trends and challenges in trade secrets protection, including non-compete agreements, increasing technological connectivity, litigation damages and government priorities in enforcement.
Pietro participated in a panel titled “Restrictive Covenants and Non-Competes: New Challenges,” a discussion centered on regulatory, legislative and case law developments involving non-compete agreements, and related best practices.
