Litigation partners Chris Boehning and Dan Toal's e-discovery article, "A Reasonable Route to ESI Confidentiality," was published in the October 28 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article discusses a recent decision in the Southern District of Indiana -- Containment Technologies Group Inc. v. American Society of Health System Pharmacists -- that offers an economical, common-sense approach to dealing with confidentiality designations in high volume productions involving ESI.
