Technology Today: Cost Recovery in the Digital Age
Litigation partners H. Christopher Boehning and Daniel J. Toal authored an article discussing Rule 54(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which may provide financial relief to parties required to produce costly e-discovery during litigation. The authors discuss five elements that courts consider when deciding which costs are recoverable. The article, "Cost Recovery in the Digital Age," appeared in the Technology Today section of the January 31 New York Law Journal. Litigation associate Tara E. Panattoni assisted in the preparation of this article.
