Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Co-Head John Carlin will co-chair the American Conference Institute’s Cybersecurity Law and Compliance Conference. John will deliver opening remarks and moderate a panel, “Lessons from a Cyber Breach and Working with the FBI: How to Know If Your Cybersecurity Framework and Response Action Plan Are Effective and Resilient.” Joined by FBI Cyber Division Assistant Director Bryan Vorndran and Lisa Sotto of Hunton Andrews Kurth, the panel will examine a case study cyber breach and explore the critical and unexpected steps taken to identify, communicate and repair the breach damage.
The two-day conference will take place in Washington from February 28-29. John’s panel will take place on February 28 at 1:45 p.m. ET.
