Litigation partner Lew Clayton's "Intellectual Property Litigation" column appears in the March 8 New York Law Journal. The article, "Cross-Border Disputes: 'Microsoft,' 'Voda,' Others," discusses the Federal Circuit's recent Voda decision holding that federal courts should rarely, if ever, hear claims based on the infringement of foreign patents. The column also discusses other recent developments in patent, copyright and trademark law. Susanna Buergel, an associate with the firm, assisted in the preparation of the column.
