Litigation counsel Audrey Paquet participated in a panel, “The Developing Regulatory Landscape in the Gen AI World,” at the New York State Bar Association’s annual Women in Law Section Meeting. The panel explored the current regulatory landscape governing AI and examined the trends and strategies used by governmental, quasi-governmental and private entities to establish appropriate parameters, governance and best practices without limiting technological advancement.
