Anna Gressel to Discuss U.S. Copyright Litigation Trends Around Generative AI at Danish Media Law Conference

Litigation counsel Anna Gressel will participate in a panel on AI copyright litigation trends as part of the Danish Association for Entertainment and Media Law’s annual conference. The panel will discuss the impact of generative AI on the intellectual property landscape, including recent developments in The New York Times’ copyright infringement lawsuit against OpenAI and other key cases, as well as the technological and legal issues implicated by these lawsuits. The conference will bring together more than 125 lawyers from film, music and media companies, law firms and trade associations to discuss legal developments in AI.

Anna’s panel will take place in person in Elsinore, Denmark on August 29.
