Anna Gressel to Discuss Generative AI at UIA Congress

Litigation counsel Anna Gressel will participate in a panel, “Should and Can Artificial Intelligence be Regulated,” at the 68th Congress of the Union International de Avocats (UIA), a global organization for the legal profession promoting professional development and the rule of law. Anna’s panel will discuss the considerable changes in process and procedure in judicial litigation and arbitration potentially resulting from the use of generative AI systems as virtual legal “assistants” by litigators, and if there is a need to revise the rules of litigation to take generative AI tools into account.

Anna’s panel will take place in Paris on October 31 at 9 a.m. CET.
