Anna Gressel Discusses Liability Risks of AI Tools at ABA’s Artificial Intelligence and Robotics National Institute

Litigation counsel Anna Gressel participated in a panel, “Assessing and Addressing Liability Risks for Users of AI Tools,” at the American Bar Association’s Artificial Intelligence and Robotics National Institute. Anna’s panel discussed the copyright litigation landscape around generative AI, how foundation models are being fine-tuned to meet specific industry needs, and emerging liability considerations for developers and deployers of AI-based software, products, and components, among other topics. The annual conference provides insights and strategic approaches to AI’s legal implications.
