Paul, Weiss Sponsors Groundbreaking Research for Girls Leadership

Paul, Weiss sponsored research for a new, groundbreaking report, “Ready to Lead,” released by Girls Leadership, a national, educational nonprofit organization. The study, which examined the personal, societal and structural factors that affect the leadership identity and skill development of Black and Latinx girls, will inform the development of new curricula and pathways for leadership for 25 million girls across the U.S. and initiate necessary changes within educational institutions to address systemic gender and racial biases and injustices.
