Executive compensation partner Jean McLoughlin and litigation partner Liza Velazquez have been named to Crain’s New York Business’s 2021 “Notable Women in Law” list, celebrating talented female attorneys in the New York City metropolitan area.
Crain’s highlights Jean’s deep experience helping clients negotiate employment incentives and compensation, equity arrangements and their tax and securities implications, and other compensation and benefit issues related to transactions and litigation.
