Corporate partner Udi Grofman and litigation partner Daniel J. Kramer spoke at the International Bar Association's 13th Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds. Udi participated in a workshop focusing on the various approaches to compensation from a practical, regulatory and tax perspective including carried interest and the impact of current legislation and regulatory oversight. Dan joined a panel focusing on significant litigation and regulatory trends in the United States, the Cayman Islands and the United Kingdom. The program took place on March 11-12 in London, England.
