Entertainment counsel Carol Kaplan will participate in a CLE seminar hosted by the Entertainment Arts and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and co-presented with the Commercial Theater Institute on "Legal Aspects of Producing" in the live theater industry. Carol's presentation will focus on enhancement agreements, including the legal constraints that apply, and business issues that arise, when not-for-profit theaters enter into joint ventures with for-profit producers. The event will be held on April 10 in New York.
