Paul, Weiss Bolsters Investment Funds Group in London with New Partner

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that investment funds lawyer David Pritchett will join the firm as a partner in the Corporate Department within the Investment Funds Group, resident in London. Pritchett’s practice focuses on advising investment fund sponsors on all aspects of the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds across a variety of investment strategies and asset classes.

In addition to representing investment fund sponsors on their structuring and operations, Pritchett also advises on private equity fund transactions, including co-investments, secondary transactions and fund spin-outs. He has represented clients including Basalt Infrastructure Partners, Fremman Capital, IK Partners and KLAR Partners on fund formation and investment matters.

Pritchett earned an LL.B. in Law from Durham University and his LPC, with distinction, from BPP Law School in London. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
