Paul, Weiss Adds Senior Practice Manager for M&A and Private Equity Practices in London

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that Catherine Campbell will join the firm as senior legal counsel and practice manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices in London. In this role, Campbell will lead the firm’s business development, talent management, knowledge management and strategic capabilities in the European market.

Most recently, Campbell was a knowledge management counsel at another global law firm. In this role, she developed market analyses, materials for client-facing and sponsored events, client training materials and thought leadership, including market studies, client newsletters and articles for legal publications and podcasts for that firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices. Prior to this role, Campbell practiced as a cross-border private equity M&A lawyer.

Campbell holds a LL.B. from the University of Nottingham and an L.P.C. from Nottingham Trent University.
