Nathan Mitchell Joins Paul, Weiss as Counsel

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that Nathan Mitchell has joined the firm as counsel in the National Security & CFIUS practice of the Corporate Department, resident in Washington, D.C.

Nathan advises on a broad range of national security matters, including reviews by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and Team Telecom, as well as on cybersecurity and information privacy issues.

Nathan received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, cum laude. He earned his B.A. from the University of Delaware, cum laude.
