Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that Benjamin Wilkinson will be joining the firm as a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice in the Corporate Department, resident in London. Wilkinson advises insurers, financial and professional services firms and other private and public companies across a broad range of complex and cross-border transactions.

Wilkinson has extensive experience advising on private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and corporate advisory work. His recent representations include the establishment of Marco Capital by Oaktree; the sale of PwC International’s global mobility business to CD&R; AXA on the sale of AXA Life Europe’s offshore bonds business; Bank of America Merrill Lynch on the sale of CM Investment Solutions; and EY Global on the proposed separation of its audit and consulting businesses.
Wilkinson earned his LL.B., with first-class honors, from King’s College London. He is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
