Palladium-Backed Kymera International to Acquire Fiven ASA From OpenGate Capital

Paul, Weiss is advising global leading specialty materials and surface technologies company Kymera International in its acquisition of Fiven ASA, a global leader in silicon carbide, from OpenGate Capital. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition of Fiven will accelerate Kymera’s mission to become a high-growth specialty materials and chemicals platform, and unlock substantial organic growth opportunities for the combined business. Kymera is a portfolio company of Palladium Equity Partners, LLC.
