EXPERIENCE
Niklas’s notable experience includes advising:
- EQT on a variety of transactions including:
- its CHF 10.2 billion acquisition of leading global skincare company Nestlé Skin Health (n/k/a Galderma Holdings SA)
- its $5.3 billion acquisition of Covanta Holding Corporation, its acquisition of Green Investment Group’s stake in Covanta, and in the carve-out of Covanta’s European operations to create a standalone Waste-to-Energy platform
- its combination of IVC and Evidensia to create leading European veterinary care provider IVC Evidensia; EQT’s additional substantial investment and renewed long-term commitment in the company and EQT’s sale of a minority interest in IVC Evidensia to an investor group, valuing IVC at €3 billion
- its portfolio company Recipharm in its acquisitions of Arranta Bio, a prominent advanced therapy CDMO, and Vibalogics, a virotherapy CDMO
- its sale of a 9.9% minority stake in Anticimex, a global pest control specialist, to GIC
