Stan Richards is a partner elect in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. His practice focuses on public and private company acquisitions and divestitures, including mergers, stock purchases, asset purchases, and joint ventures across a variety of industries. His practice also includes advising clients on corporate governance and activist defense issues.
