As a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Asset Management M&A Group, Nick Olson advises many of the largest asset management firms in the world on mergers, acquisitions and other large-scale strategic transactions. Additionally, Nick frequently advises both investors and firms in GP stakes and other minority investment transactions. Nick has substantial experience advising asset management and financial services firms and their principals on structuring compensation, retention and equity ownership arrangements in connection with strategic transactions and succession planning.
