A partner elect in the Litigation Department, Mitch Webber’s practice is focused on internal and government investigations, antitrust and other complex commercial litigation, and white-collar criminal matters. He regularly represents clients in connection with high-stakes and politically sensitive litigation, regulatory, and congressional matters. He is experienced in governmental investigations pertaining to various subject areas, including allegations of corruption, fraud, insider trading, and accounting irregularities.
From 2019 to 2021, Mitch served as Associate Counsel and Special Assistant to the President in the Office of White House Counsel, where he advised and responded to congressional and other oversight of the President, senior White House staff, and several departments and agencies.
In January 2021, Mitch was appointed to a five-year term on the United States Holocaust Memorial Council, the governing body of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, where he serves on the Audit Committee and the Committee on Holocaust Denial and State-Sponsored Antisemitism. Mitch is also a member of the board of directors of the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law.
