Martin Ziessler is a counsel in Paul Weiss’s Corporate Department and a member of its Asset Management M&A group. Martin’s practice focuses on U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other transactions involving investment management firms, broker-dealers, and other financial services businesses. Martin’s practice frequently involves the structuring and documentation of complex equity and financing arrangements for asset manager ownership vehicles in the form of limited liability companies and limited partnerships.
