Ian Moore is a counsel in the Litigation Department and member of the Patent Litigation practice. He focuses on patent disputes relating to software, electronics and mechanical devices.

Ian has been a key member of case teams litigating in federal district court, the Federal Circuit, the U.S. International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His cases have involved technologies such as robotic surgical systems, gas turbine engines, wind turbines, autonomous vehicles, 3GPP standards, adaptive bitrate streaming, and e-cigarettes. In addition, he has patent prosecution experience involving technologies such as automotive parts, electrical components and fintech.

While at law school, Ian was named a Pomeroy Scholar and served as a member of the NYU Law Review.
