Cris Amodeo is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Her practice focuses on public and private company acquisitions and divestitures, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, spin-offs and carve-outs and private equity transactions. Cris also regularly advises clients on activist defense, proxy contests, corporate governance and compliance matters, reporting obligations, takeover preparedness and other corporate matters.
