With over 15 years of experience in the funds industry, both as in-house counsel at large private fund managers and in various roles for a leading legal tech provider, Caitlin has developed significant expertise across a wide range of areas. She manages and maintains Paul, Weiss’s proprietary fund terms database, tests and implements new technologies (including AI) and integrates cutting-edge tools to provide top-of-the-market advice and streamline fund operations for our clients.
