A Counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice in the London office, Antony Freeman advises on a wide range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and sales, takeovers, mergers, joint ventures, IPOs, restructurings and refinancings.
Antony specializes in infrastructure and real asset investments, advising private equity firms, sovereign investors, pension and superannuation funds, portfolio companies and public companies across the entire investment life-cycle.

- EQT Infrastructure VI on its acquisition of Statera Energy, a leading UK-based energy storage and flexible generation business, from InfraRed Capital Partners
- EQT Infrastructure V on its acquisition of Instavolt, the UK’s largest rapid EV charging network, from Zouk Capital
- KKR Infrastructure on the sale of its 50% interest in global renewables developer, X-Elio, to Brookfield Renewables
- KKR Infrastructure and John Laing on the acquisition from the Irish Infrastructure Fund of:
