Andrew D. Krause is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures and other significant transactions for a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutions. Andrew’s practice also includes advising clients on corporate governance and activist defense matters.

Andrew was recognized as a 2023 “Rising Star” in M&A by Law360 and a 2022 “Rising Star of the Year” by the International Financial Law Review.

  • 3G Capital in its $7.1 billion acquisition of Hunter Douglas

  • Carrier Global Corporation in its strategic partnership with and investment in Montana Technologies
  • Casey’s General Stores in its $1.145 billion acquisition of Fikes Wholesale, owner of CEFCO Convenience Stores
  • The special committee of the board of directors of CBS in its merger with Viacom to form ViacomCBS Inc. (now Paramount Global), with an enterprise value of more than $40 billion
