Andreas Philipson is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups, based in London. Andy has extensive experience advising financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other complex cross-border transactions across Europe.
Andy has over 15 years of experience advising private equity firms, including advising clients such as EQT, TA Associates and Triton. Clients quoted in Chambers praise his commercial approach and ability to find solutions to complex issues. He has worked on deals across numerous sectors, including health care, technology, industrials and business services.

- the sale of Anticimex, a global pest control specialist
- the separation of software solutions provider WorkWave from IFS
- its sale of leading medical device company HTL-Strefa to Investindustrial
- its minority stake sale in Anticimex, a leading global specialist in preventive pest control
