Sean also provides securities law advice to public companies, financial and strategic buyers and portfolio companies on a variety of matters.

- Carnival Corporation & plc in a number of securities offerings, including its recent high yield, convertible notes and equity offerings
- Rocket Companies in its $2 billion investment-grade debt offering
- Signature Bank in a number of follow-on equity offerings
- Amazon.com in its $3.9 billion acquisition of One Medical and $1.7 billion acquisition of iRobot
- Funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management in the acquisitions of Tenneco and Kem One, including the related financings
- European Wax Center in its $207 million IPO
- MidCap Financial in its offering of senior unsecured high yield notes
- Altimar Acquisition Corporation in its business combination with Owl Rock Capital and Dyal Capital Partners
While attending The George Washington University Law School, Sean was president of the Student Bar Association and a member of The George Washington International Law Review. Sean has been a member of The George Washington Law Alumni Association’s board of directors since 2018.
