An associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Richard advises companies and financial sponsors on a broad range of corporate and M&A transactions. Richard has particular experience advising on public and private M&A transactions, equity financings and governance matters across a range of industries and sectors.
Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Richard was an associate at another leading international law firm. During 2021, he was seconded to a major listed mining group in London, supporting the governance and legal teams with a number of substantial M&A and corporate transactions.
