He has represented energy, technology and other innovative companies in their most complex matters across several jurisdictions.

Kenny has significant experience in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit consultation through appeal. Kenny’s team primarily focuses on securing trial victories in high-profile product liability cases and managing consolidated proceedings from initial formation through completion of bellwether trials and beyond.
