An associate in the Corporate Department, Han assists clients with the formation and operation of a wide variety of investment funds, including private equity, credit, growth equity and hedge funds. Han’s experience also includes management company and “upper tier” matters, such as internal management compensation and co-investment vehicles and structures.

Prior to working at Paul, Weiss, Han was a legal intern for several organizations in Vietnam, where she assisted with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and foreign direct investments, and gained experience working with the Vietnamese judicial system.

While at Columbia Law School, Han was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law.
