Fynn Dewald is a member of the Litigation Department and the Antitrust Group. He advises on merger control proceedings, EU and international cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, and litigation before the European Courts in Luxembourg.

Fynn has represented leading public and private companies across a wide range of industries, particularly in software and semiconductor markets. He has advised on various in-depth merger control investigations before the European Commission and represented clients in complex global antitrust investigations before international and national competition authorities.
