An associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions Group, Charlie advises on an extensive range of intellectual property, technology and data matters, including standalone commercial arrangements, the intellectual property and technology aspects of complex corporate transactions, and UK and EU technology and data regulatory compliance, including with the GDPR and EU AI Act, among others. Charlie has advised leading private equity firms, and private and public companies across a wide range of sectors.

Charlie is a regular contributor to IP journals, including the European Intellectual Property Review, and the Computer and Telecommunications Law Review.
