An associate in the Litigation Department and member of the Product Liability & Mass Torts Group, Cassie Love has defended multinational corporations in mass torts, class actions and other high-stakes litigations involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer products. She has represented energy, technology, transportation and other innovative consumer companies in their most complex matters across multiple jurisdictions.

While Cassie’s focus is on securing trial victories in high-profile product liability cases and managing consolidated proceedings from initial formation through completion of bellwether trials, she has significant experience in all stages of litigation. Cassie has advised clients from the pre-litigation stage, through appeals, up to and including the Supreme Court of the United States.

Cassie maintains an active pro bono practice, including as a part of the Paul, Weiss Center to Combat Hate, which works closely with civil rights and legal advocacy organizations to hold hate groups accountable for their actions.
