Paul, Weiss advised National CineMedia LLC, the largest movie theater advertising business in North America, on its approved chapter 11 plan, clearing the way for the company to exit bankruptcy. The plan, approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, will cut more than $1.1 billion of debt from the company’s balance sheet.
