Brian Hermann Named American College of Bankruptcy Fellow

Restructuring partner Brian Hermann has been elected a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Bankruptcy (ACB). Brian will be formally inducted into the College’s 33rd fellowship class at the ACB’s 2022 induction ceremony and annual conference on April 1.
In addition to Brian, restructuring partner Paul Basta and of counsel Steve Shimshak are current ACB Fellows.
The ACB is an honorary public service association of insolvency professionals in the United States and abroad. Fellows are invited to join based on a proven record of the highest standards of expertise, leadership, integrity, professionalism, scholarship and service to the field and to their communities. Brian will be inducted into the College’s 33rd fellowship class in April 2022.
