Dovetail + Co Secures 99-Year Ground Lease

Paul, Weiss represented Dovetail + Co as tenant in connection with a 99-year ground lease for an SRO hotel at 338 Bowery. Dovetail + Co anticipates developing a boutique hotel at the site.
