GoldenTree Sells Digital Asset Investment Business to Republic

Paul, Weiss advised GoldenTree Asset Management LP, a global credit and private equity manager with approximately $54 billion in assets under management, in the acquisition of its digital assets investment business, GoldenChain, by global investment firm Republic.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partners Brad Brown and Udi Grofman and tax partner Brian Grieve, and includes corporate partners Aaron Schlaphoff and Robert Zochowski and counsel Gabriella Toossi and Matthew Benedetto.
