G-III Apparel Forms Strategic Partnership With All We Wear Group

Paul, Weiss is advising G-III Apparel Group, Ltd., a global leader in fashion with a portfolio of preeminent brands, in its strategic partnership with and investment in All We Wear Group (AWWG), a Madrid-based premier platform for international fashion brands. Under the terms of the agreement, G-III will acquire approximately 12% ownership of AWWG, and AWWG will become the agent for the GIII-owned DKNY, Donna Karan and Karl Lagerfeld brands across Spain and Portugal. The partnership will help G-III accelerate several strategic priorities and will benefit its efforts to scale its European business.
