Firestone & Robertson Distilling Sold to Pernod Ricard

Paul, Weiss represented Firestone & Robertson Distilling Co. in its sale to Pernod Ricard USA. Firestone & Robertson Distilling are owners of the TX brand, a leading whiskey portfolio headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
