Catalent to Sell Sterile Liquids Packaging Business

Paul, Weiss is advising Catalent, Inc. in the sale of its Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) Sterile Contract Development and Manufacturing Business to funds advised by SK Capital Partners LP. The BFS business is a leading sterile development and manufacturing company focusing on complex clinical- and commercial-stage biopharmaceutical products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
