Declaration Partners Invests in Peaceable Street Capital

Paul, Weiss represented Declaration Partners in its minority equity investment in Peaceable Street Capital. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Declaration Partners is an investment firm backed by the family office of David M. Rubenstein, co-founder of The Carlyle Group. Peaceable Street Capital is a specialty finance company that provides preferred equity capital for small and mid-sized income-producing real estate in North America.
