Paul, Weiss advised investment firm Declaration Partners in connection with its debut commingled real estate fund, Declaration Partners Real Estate Fund I LP, which held its final closing with approximately $240 million in commitments. The fund is comprised of an anchor commitment from the family office of David Rubenstein, co-founder of The Carlyle Group, as well as Declaration’s own capital and a collection of global family offices and individual investors. It targets multifamily housing and industrial properties across the U.S.
Paul, Weiss has previously advised Declaration Partners on multiple fundraises for its growth equity/tactical opportunities strategy and its real estate strategy, and on multiple growth equity/tactical opportunities transactions.
